"Just had dinner at The Stag and we loved it! The food was delicious, all made on the premises and the crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had. My husband said the steak was delicious too, and the squid was so tender, it was melt in the mouth. The team couldn’t do enough to help and the decor, music, along with all those little touches really added to a fabulous experience. We will be back!!."

"Popped in for lunch after a long walk in the forest. Very friendly, welcome staff and a fantastic, old school, airy feel to the place. Food was prompt and delicious. Beer choices were good and the Abbott was superb. Highly recommended as a lunch spot if you're in Lyndhurst."
